Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of zemblancoo's trading platform and services.
By accessing or using the zemblancoo trading platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "you", or "your") and zemblancoo Ltd ("zemblancoo", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms apply to all services provided by zemblancoo, including but not limited to trading accounts, market access, analytical tools, copy trading, and API connectivity. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To use our services, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- You will keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activities under your account.
- You will complete all required identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures within the timeframe specified.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of our services would be prohibited by applicable law.
zemblancoo reserves the right to refuse account applications, suspend accounts, or require additional verification at any time and at our sole discretion.
Trading leveraged products such as Forex, CFDs, and other derivative instruments involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
- Market Risk: Financial markets are volatile. Prices can move rapidly and adversely, resulting in significant losses that may exceed your initial deposit.
- Leverage Risk: Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. A small market movement can result in a proportionally much larger loss. Our maximum leverage of 1:500 means a 0.2% adverse price movement could result in the total loss of your margin.
- Liquidity Risk: Under certain market conditions, it may be difficult or impossible to execute orders or close positions at the desired price.
- Counterparty Risk: There is a risk that zemblancoo or its liquidity providers may be unable to meet financial obligations.
- Technology Risk: Trading platforms may experience interruptions, delays, or errors due to hardware, software, or network failures.
Past performance is not an indicator of future results. Simulated trading results do not guarantee actual trading performance.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Employing trading strategies that exploit platform latency, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities (arbitrage, latency trading, or similar practices).
- Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing margin requirements, risk limits, or promotional restrictions.
- Using automated trading systems (bots, EAs, or scripts) on account types that do not permit algorithmic trading.
- Attempting to manipulate market prices, spread manipulation, or any form of market abuse.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to trade on your behalf without authorization.
